I Have a Discount Code - How Do I Redeem It?
Using your discount code is easy! Simply go through the check out process as directed; once you have entered your payment and shipping details you will be brought to an order summary page. Here you will find a box for entering your code. Once done click the 'Apply' button and your discount will be added to your order. To finish up simply click the 'Complete My Order' button!
When Will I Get My Order?
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
USA: 7 – 10 Working Days
Canada: 7 – 10 Working Days
Europe: 5 – 7 Days
United Kingdom: 2 – 4 Working Days
Australia: 5 – 7 Working Days
Ireland: Next Day Delivery if ordered before 2pm.
Important! Orders are shipped via courier or registered post and require a signature on delivery.
Our Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with the products in any way you may return them within 7 days of receipt at the cost to the customer, for either a full refund or for an exchange, this must be done within 30 days of receipt. We will send the exchanged item to you free of charge, on receipt of the original goods.
Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. Sanitary stickers on swimwear items must not be removed. Returned items must not have been used and must not smell of perfume, smoke, chlorine or any other odor.
All returns are checked by Breathe Boardwear before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer.
If the reason for return is because of an error on our part, or the product is faulty, we will also refund the cost of the return postage up to $20. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after returned goods are received and checked by us.
We would advise you to at least obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
